Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using sigstyle.co ("Site") or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and SigStyle ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

SigStyle creates custom signature logo designs based on the name and preferences you provide. Our service includes:

  • Generation of 25+ unique signature logo designs
  • Digital delivery of your chosen design in multiple file formats
  • Up to 2 free revisions per order
  • Commercial use license for the final selected design

SigStyle is a digital product service. No physical items are shipped.

Orders and Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (name, email, style preferences)
  • Pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes
  • Receive your product via digital delivery to the email address provided

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Delivery

Turnaround Time

We deliver your signature logo designs within 48 hours of receiving your completed order information. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods, but we will notify you of any delays.

Delivery Method

All designs are delivered digitally via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for delivery.

File Formats

Your final signature logo will be delivered as PNG files with transparent and white backgrounds in high resolution suitable for both digital and print use.

Revisions

Your order includes 2 free revisions. A revision is defined as:

  • Adjustments to style, thickness, flow, or spacing
  • Minor modifications to the selected design
  • Regeneration of new design options based on your feedback

Revisions do not include:

  • Complete changes to the name after designs are delivered
  • Requests made more than 30 days after initial delivery
  • Unlimited rounds of changes beyond the included 2 revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included 2 may be available for an additional fee.

Intellectual Property and License

Your License

Upon full payment and final delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use your selected signature logo design for any personal or commercial purpose, including:

  • Business cards, letterheads, and stationery
  • Email signatures and digital documents
  • Social media profiles and content
  • Photo watermarks
  • Merchandise and products
  • Websites and marketing materials

Our Rights

SigStyle retains the right to:

  • Display your completed signature logo in our portfolio, gallery, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing
  • Use the design process and techniques for future client work
  • Create similar (but not identical) signature styles for other customers

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the signature logo design files as a standalone product
  • Claim trademark ownership of a design that infringes on existing trademarks
  • Use the signature logo for illegal or defamatory purposes

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information for your signature logo (correct spelling, preferred style)
  • Ensuring you have the right to use the name submitted (your own name or a name you have legal authority to use)
  • Reviewing designs promptly and communicating revision requests clearly
  • Checking your email for delivery and responding to any questions we may have

Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

In summary:

  • We offer 2 free revisions to get your design right
  • If you're still unsatisfied after revisions, contact us within 30 days for a full refund
  • Refunds are not available for designs that have already been used or published
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Site or services to:

  • Submit names or content that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or others' rights
  • Request designs for fraudulent, illegal, or defamatory purposes
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Site
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Our designs will meet your specific expectations (though we'll work with you through revisions)
  • The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any particular result or outcome will be achieved from using your signature logo

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to use our revision process or request a refund under our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigStyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Reputational harm

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SigStyle, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights
  • The name or content you submitted for your signature logo

Third-Party Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SigStyle regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
