30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your signature logo. If you're not completely satisfied with your designs, we'll make it right.

How It Works

Since signature logos are digital products custom-made for you, traditional returns don't apply. Instead, we offer revisions and a satisfaction guarantee:

Revisions First — Your order includes 2 free revisions. If your initial designs aren't quite right, let us know what you'd like changed and we'll create a new set.
Still Not Happy? — If after revisions you're still unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Revision or Refund

For revisions: What changes you'd like (style, thickness, flow, etc.)
For refunds: Simply let us know it's not working for you

What's Not Eligible for Refund

Orders where the customer has already used or published the signature logo
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Disputes filed without first contacting us for revisions

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
